For XDefiant Season 2, Jumbla was tasked with creating a series of static and animated player cards that gamers can select as part of their player customization experience. Each card would be available in 2 formats - a full-screen display referred to as the MVP card, and a lower-third display referred to as the Kill Screen card.
MVP cards are displayed at the end of the match to all players, showcasing the Most Valuable Player of the match. A kill screen card would appear whenever you are killed in game - showcasing the oppositions selected card design.
For season 2 Jumbla created over 25 unique card designs across various themes and styles. A really fun project that allowed our creatives a bit of freedom to play around with different techniques and approaches for each card.
